One Pot Cheeseburger Casserole Recipe


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: chopped pickles, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, additional cheese


  1. Brown the Meat: In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  3. Mix in Tomatoes and Broth: Stir in the canned diced tomatoes (with their juice) and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
