Coca Cola Cake

  7. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  8. 1 cup Coca-Cola
  9. 1/2 cup buttermilk

For the Frosting:

  1. 1/2 cup butter
  2. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1/4 cup Coca-Cola
  4. 4 cups powdered sugar
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Heat the mixture: In a saucepan over medium heat, mix 1 cup butter, 1/4 cup cocoa, and 1 cup Coca-Cola. Bring to a boil and then pour over the dry ingredients, blending well.
