Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

For the Cinnamon Filling:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven & Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

Mix Cake Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Once combined, slowly stir in the melted butter. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
