- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 large eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1/3 cup whole milk

- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup whole milk

- 1 pint heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Make the Cake:
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Separate the eggs into two different bowls.
- Beat the egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar on high speed until yolks are pale yellow.
- Stir in milk and vanilla.
