- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat Oven & Prepare Muffin Pan:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients:
